Job Description- Assist clients with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
- Support clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities.
- Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
- FUlly qualified and experienced Disability Support Worker or AIN.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
- Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
- A flexible working schedule including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- An attractive pay rate.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
