Customer Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate customer service professional to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of community-based older Australians with Government-funded aged care services delivered in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clients' funding budgets in accordance with government program guidelines, ensuring each client's care requirements are met.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
  • Onboard new clients and proactively manage existing clients using a compassionate, person-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical, Scheduling, and Service Delivery teams to deliver comprehensive care solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in community-based case management is highly valued.
  • Experience with managing Government-funded in-home aged care services and budgets is an advantage.
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party insurance coverage.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion in working with diverse populations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
