Customer Service Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills as a Customer Service Representative.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers and managing their relationships and enquiries face to face, via phone and/or email
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
  • Preparing and following up on customer quotes while supporting our sales teams and branches across Australia
  • Providing internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and competitor information
  • Resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience
  • Ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems updated accordingly

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships
  • High attention to detail and the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
