Role Summary- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to resolve queries and issues.
- Assist with organizing collections, pick-ups, quotes, and freight enquiries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Take inbound customer calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Update customers and teammates on freight queries via in and outbound calls.
- Communicate delays to customers in a prompt and professional manner.
- Previous experience in a call centre/customer care environment is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
