Aircraft Maintenance Professional

Embark on a career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, supporting Australia's new fleet of AH-64E Apache helicopters at RAAF Base Townsville, Queensland.

The Opportunity
  • Acquire a Diploma in Aeroskills - Mechanical with Aviation Australia and kick-start your aviation career with Boeing.
  • This position will provide the opportunity to study and work in Townsville.
Duties:
  • Preliminary preparation of aircraft for maintenance, repair, or modification.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, special servicings, and rectifications.
  • Undertake aircraft flight-line handling duties.
  • Perform post-maintenance testing to ensure mission readiness.
  • Manage ground support equipment and adhere to technical instructions and maintenance documentation.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Prior aeroskills certifications or aviation experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
