Customer Success Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Excellence Partner to join our team at McLean Care. As a key member of our virtual care team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients in the aged care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients to maximize their utilization of our digital healthcare services.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success and/or customer retention.
- Higher education qualifications in healthcare management, business, commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Solid grounding in selling skills, including consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
