About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide accurate and prompt service direction to field service inquiries via telephone, web, and other channels. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnostics for all technical issues, communicating with customers and dealers, and authorizing technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising the escalation process to ensure issues are addressed quickly and solutions are developed and communicated appropriately.
  • Processing inquiries related to product failure diagnostics, performance, reliability, product features, service administration, product training, and warranty.
  • Investigating problems using existing tools and resources, and working with team leaders and product specialists as needed.
  • Assisting product performance specialists and managers to identify product issues and maintain or improve product performance, reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously expanding skills and abilities through participation in training offered by the Technical Training department and completing miscellaneous assignments related to technical support.
