We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker - Mixer to join a leading food manufacturing facility located in Heidelberg West. About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll be working in a clean and fast-paced production environment, preparing and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality food products. You'll play a key part in maintaining production standards and ensuring a safe and hygienic workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial mixing equipment in line with production specifications

  • Accurately measure and combine ingredients

  • Monitor consistency and quality of products

  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
