Field Service Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional after-sales service for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warranty and non-warranty service work for our products.
  • Perform installations, on-site sales, and other tasks as required.
  • Develop maintenance and service plans for customers.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition.
  • Assist with warehouse assessments, including evaluating the condition of products and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Ensure products are maintained at a satisfactory level, including cleaning and preparing units for display or shipment.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise and hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (preferred).
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
