Job Summary

A highly skilled Laboratory Operations Supervisor is sought to oversee the day-to-day activities of our aggregate laboratories. This key role involves leading laboratory teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and promoting a culture of safety.


About The Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time opportunity based at Bass Point Quarry Laboratory with occasional travel to support East Guyong Quarry Lab. As Laboratory Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding laboratory teams, driving business performance, and contributing to short-term success and long-term sustainability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the laboratory, focusing on effective budgeting, resource planning, and quality outcomes
  • Support the NATA framework and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with OH&S and legislative requirements
  • Collaborate with the Technical & Sales teams and Customer Service Centre agents to meet customer quality expectations
  • Build strong relationships through open communication and a shared commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Work closely with laboratory managers and technicians to manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational procedures
