Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert-level application support to our clients in the veterinary medicine sector.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to escalated support cases.
  • Engage with stakeholders from enterprise customers in a professional manner, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with product and engineering team members to monitor the status of escalated queries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for junior support staff, enhancing their knowledge and expertise within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to document release notes and knowledge base articles, promoting efficient onboarding and reduced support queries.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent industry experience and ITIL certification is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in administering SQL Server, including SQL query formats and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience in supporting enterprise-wide applications, encompassing hardware, operating systems, server environments, and infrastructure configurations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box based on experience and knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective consultation with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
