Job Title: Occupational Health and Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust HSW management system, developing and reporting on HSW audit and analytics tools, and providing education and training to employees on HSW procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a best practice HSW framework in collaboration with our people leaders.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive HSW management system using Donesafe.
  • Develop and report on HSW audit and analytics tools using Chris 21/iChris.
  • Provide education and training to employees on HSW procedures.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of the OHS Act and regulations.
