Health, Safety and Wellbeing Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the health, safety and wellbeing of individuals in a dynamic and challenging environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on a broad range of health, safety and wellbeing issues. This includes case management, policy implementation, and contract management.
About this position:
- Demonstrated experience in employment, change management, or health and safety matters is essential.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures is required, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act (2004) and the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
- Highly developed stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are necessary for establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, including the ability to develop and present complex material to varied audiences.
