About the Role

We are currently seeking a Marketing Strategist to lead our customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns that deliver business results and drive customer loyalty.
  • Craft automated and trigger-based communications for every stage of the customer journey.
  • Develop and implement global strategies to enhance brand reputation and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative, compliant, and aligned campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize activity to meet key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven track record in leading, planning, and optimizing integrated campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or other.
  • Advanced skills in analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior using tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong agency briefing and management skills, including hands-on experience in content creation, editing, and familiarity with reporting analytics and social media.
  • An ability to work on strategic plans, as well as day-to-day tasks.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to prepare performance reports and marketing materials.
  • Experience with Canva or similar creative tools.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will be able to think creatively, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
