Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian educator to join our team as an Instructional Coach in the Primary School (Pre-K to Year 6). The successful applicant will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group coaching to Pre-K-6 teachers on best practice teaching approaches, collaborating with teachers to develop and implement data-driven practices, evaluating teaching strategies, and developing coaching resources that align with the College's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Providing coaching to teachers on best practice teaching approaches,
2. Collaborating with teachers to improve student literacy and numeracy outcomes,
3. Evaluating teaching strategies and providing feedback to support teacher growth,
4. Developing and utilizing coaching resources to support staff development,
5. Supporting staff in creating a Christ-centered learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to Christian education is essential. A current NESA Teacher Registration and Working with Children Check is also required. In addition, proven experience in instructional coaching and improving literacy and numeracy outcomes, strong communication and leadership skills are highly valued.
