About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team as an Instructional Coach in Primary Education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching services to teachers on best practice teaching approaches to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement evidence-based instructional strategies that drive student achievement.
- Evaluate teaching methods and provide feedback to support teacher growth and development.
- Develop coaching resources that align with educational priorities.
- SUPPORT teachers in creating a positive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, active involvement in a local church, and a commitment to Christian education.
- Current registration with NESA and a Working with Children Check.
- Proven experience in instructional coaching, data-driven instruction, and improving student outcomes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for supporting staff development and fostering student growth.
