The role of an Instructional Coach is to provide expert guidance and support to teachers in improving their teaching practices and student outcomes. This position presents a unique opportunity for an experienced educator to make a significant impact on the academic success of our students.
As an Instructional Coach, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group coaching to teachers on best practice teaching approaches. You will also collaborate with teachers to develop and implement data-driven practices that improve student literacy and numeracy outcomes. Additionally, you will evaluate teaching strategies and provide feedback to support teachers' professional growth.
- Develop and utilize coaching resources that align with our strategic priorities.
- Support staff in creating a learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian educator who is committed to supporting the growth and development of our students and staff. If you have a proven track record of improving instructional practices and student outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to the vision of Christian education.
- Current NESA Teacher Registration and a Working with Children Check.
- Proven experience in instructional coaching, data-driven practices, and improving literacy and numeracy outcomes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for supporting staff development and fostering student growth.
