Instructional Coach Position

Become a key contributor to our educational community by taking on the role of Instructional Coach. As a dedicated and passionate educator, you will have the opportunity to develop best practice teaching approaches and make a significant impact on student results.

Job Description

This role involves providing one-on-one and group coaching to Pre-K-6 teachers on best practice teaching approaches. You will collaborate with teachers to develop and implement data-driven practices that improve student literacy and numeracy outcomes. Additionally, you will evaluate teaching strategies and provide feedback to support teachers' professional growth.

The successful applicant will be ready to commence in Term 1, 2025. We are looking for an experienced educator who is enthusiastic about developing best practice teaching approaches and making a significant impact on student results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, active involvement in a local church, and a commitment to the vision of Christian education.
  2. Current NESA Teacher Registration and a Working with Children Check.
  3. Proven experience in instructional coaching, data-driven practices, and improving literacy and numeracy outcomes.
  4. Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for supporting staff development and fostering student growth.
