Job Role

The role of Trade Counter Sales involves delivering exceptional customer service through counter sales, quotes and delivery orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic fast-paced trade business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by resolving customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Replenish stock according to store retail standards and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Design and sell kitchens with full training provided.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve growth.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
  • Previous experience in a similar Counter sales/Trade Sales position is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work closely within a diverse team and contribute to achieving business objectives.
