Role We're looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join a high-performing team based in Newcastle.
This role requires you to hit the ground running and includes: Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory Developing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with customers Delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction Proactively arrange and attend meetings with customers and deliver high-impact sales presentations Managing sales budgets, forecasting, tracking and reporting on KPI targets About You: About Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be an experienced sales representative who is driven, self-sufficient, proactive and ready to take on a challenge.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about sealing the deal.
You'll bring: Proven sales experience, including selling technical products into the power generation and/or metallurgical industries Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as seals, gaskets, pumps or valves Experienced in business development, negotiation and maintain client relationships Demonstrated ability to meet budgets and sales KPIs Strong communication skills — both written and verbal The ability to read basic engineering drawings Be Rewarded with an excellent Base + Superannuation + Bonus + Car AND have: Exposure to a global business with industry-leading products A supportive team environment that values growth and initiative The chance to work closely with experienced sales professionals Our Client is recognised as the most diverse manufacturer of sealing solutions in the region, they are proud to service a wide range of industries with their leading solutions such as petrochemicals, defence, mineral processing, oil and gas.
