Future Leader in Sustainability

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kick off with a week-long induction program, where you will learn about our company values and policies
  • Participate in monthly lunch and learns, presented by senior leaders and subject matter experts
  • Take advantage of our self-paced competency framework, which allows you to work at your own pace
  • Join a global community of graduates from different countries and cultures through our graduate program
  • Complete an international development program in collaboration with a leading university
  • Gain a breadth of experience through rotations and projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in a related field
  • No prior full-time work experience required, although internship and undergraduate experience is highly desirable
  • Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
  • Full completion of undergraduate level study within the last 3 years
  • Mobility, flexibility, and a strong desire to work on construction projects locally, regionally, and interstate
