A key role in our organisation is to drive the transition towards a sustainable energy future.

We seek an experienced leader to oversee our expanding business operations and nurture talent to become future leaders in the industry.

This position will have access to extensive technical expertise and will work with our commercial and regulatory arms to provide strategic advisory services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all technical and operational aspects of the business.
  • Create a positive work environment and connect team members to our mission and values, fostering opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and objectives.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior management role. Experience in leading a growing business is a definite plus.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills and the ability to drive a strong team culture.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
