Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Leader to manage our day shift at our manufacturing site. As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met and maintaining a sustainable operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day shift team to achieve production targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a people and operations leadership role within manufacturing
  • Well-developed organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams
  • An unwavering focus on safety and developing a 'no injuries' culture
  • Effective cost management experience through negotiation of charges and cost control in operational areas
