Lead Hotel Bar Manager
Our Melbourne hotel seeks a skilled and experienced bar manager to lead the team and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing strategies to increase revenue, and developing staff members to meet business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our hotel.
- Liaise with senior management to develop and implement departmental sales and revenue strategies;
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of bar staff to ensure exceptional service delivery;
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality control in the bar area;
- Support the General Manager in the strategic running of the hotel.
