Epping, Australia Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT Full time

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our proactive People & Culture team at Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT, based in Epping. The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Manager and be responsible for providing administration support across the team.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position, with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain HR information systems (HIRS) and ensure compliance reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Provide administration support to the HR Manager and other members of the People & Culture team.
  • Handle internal staff inquiries, external stakeholder inquiries, and general P&C administration tasks.
  • Participate in project-based tasks and contribute to the development of the HR function.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency status is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working in administrator roles, ideally in an HR capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring accurate and timely record keeping and communication with key parties.
  • Comfortable working with various systems and technologies.
  • Patient and attention to detail is essential.
  • Confidence as the first point of contact for all inquiries into the department.
