HR Professional Wanted

We are looking for a skilled HR professional to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters.

This is a diverse position where you will be responsible for the provision of HR advice and initial advisory service and support across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive advice to managers on employee relation matters
  • Lead investigations and assist with the resolution of human resources issues when they arise
  • Facilitate cyclical business activities including performance reviews, award increases, culture surveys and workplace health and safety audits
  • Support the implementation of the HR strategic plan and contribute to projects
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and activities
  • Partner with operations managers to drive employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Review employment conditions to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce or Business
  • 4 years minimum experience in a HR position demonstrating ability to take the next step in your HR career
  • Experience working with legislation such as Fair Work Act (AU), Employee Relations Act (NZ) and applicable workplace legislation
  • Skilled at addressing employee matters pragmatically and professionally
  • Skilled at influencing and building relationships of trust with stakeholders
  • Proven track record working in fast-paced environments
