Project Lead for Annual Remuneration Review
The ideal candidate will oversee the project management of annual remuneration reviews across our Australian and New Zealand businesses, reporting to an experienced HR Services leader and collaborating with a well-resourced broader HR team.
About Your Expertise
We seek a seasoned reward professional with extensive experience in broad-based compensation operations - job architecture, grading, fixed and variable rewards, and more. Previous large-scale corporate remuneration reviews (over 5,000 employees) are required, along with strong influencing skills and project management expertise that complement technical reward knowledge.
