Within our People and Culture division, the Reward, Performance and Governance team leads remuneration and benefits programs. We have an opportunity for a permanent full-time Senior Reward Analyst to join the team, reporting to the Senior Manager Remuneration.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of compensation and benefits policies, programs and practices across the organisation
Manage remuneration data, provide reporting and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision making and ensure accurate execution of reward processes
Support the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication and delivery
What you'll bring
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent
Demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role
Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies
Experience with HRIS systems (including SuccessFactors) with a willingness to learn new technologies
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA scripting, advanced formulas)
Proven experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tool
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail
