
Physiotherapy Service Leader

The Service Manager, Paediatric Physiotherapy role is a senior position with clinical and management responsibilities.
- This role will involve providing clinical assessment and intervention across the inpatient and outpatient areas, involving patients with various needs.
To be successful in this role, you will have advanced communication skills, with a passion for delivering quality physiotherapy services to infants, children and young people.
- You will need to prioritise tasks effectively and communicate clearly with the multidisciplinary team.
You will receive support from the Director of Allied Health and Manager of Community & Allied Health for Children, Young People and Families, as well as the other Service Managers of Paediatric Allied Health.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities will be available.
About You:
- A relevant university degree and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and membership of the Physiotherapy Board of Australia are essential.
Requirements:
- Please ensure you address all selection criteria listed in the position description.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Paediatric Physiotherapy Team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the service's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.

- Evidence-based practice, child-focused care and optimal outcomes.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in managing a paediatric physiotherapy service and supervising junior staff.
