Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work across both hospital and clinic settings, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our innovative model of care.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from an Australian university, current registration with AHPRA, and valid working rights in Australia. You will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a first-of-its-kind model in Australia, combining clinical excellence with evidence-based rehabilitation and a seamless end-to-end experience for patients. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering physiotherapy services on the ward and in our on-site clinic, working closely with surgeons, pain physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care for orthopaedic, spinal, and pain patients.

You will provide peri-operative care, inpatient physiotherapy, and long-term outpatient rehabilitation, guiding patients through successful transitions from hospital to outpatient rehab and facilitating pre-operative group education for surgical candidates. You will also collaborate with surgeons and the Short Stay Allied Health Lead to refine protocols and review patient outcomes, using objective measures to guide treatment and recovery.
