Paediatric Physiotherapy Team Manager Position

This is a senior leadership role with a clinical caseload within the paediatric physiotherapy team.

About The Role

The team is predominantly composed of part-time employees, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure consistent direction and leadership.

This position involves providing clinical assessment and intervention across inpatient and outpatient areas, catering to patients with diverse needs.

Successful candidates will be supported by seniors within the paediatric physiotherapy service, the director of allied health, and other service managers.

About You

We are seeking an individual with advanced communication skills, a passion for delivering high-quality physiotherapy to infants, children, and young people.

They will be able to prioritise tasks effectively and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.

Significant clinical experience is essential, enabling them to provide guidance and supervision in complex situations.

  • A relevant university degree and registration with AHPRA and membership of the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
