We invite compassionate individuals to become a part of our volunteer team and provide regular social interaction to seniors in need.

  • Help combat loneliness and isolation among older adults

About the Role

As a volunteer, you will be matched with a senior who would benefit from your companionship. Visits can take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday, and last around 30 minutes.

Together, you and your senior match will find common interests and activities to enjoy during your visits.

Our volunteer program provides training and support to ensure you feel confident and equipped to make a positive impact in the lives of our seniors.
