Job Summary:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized care needs
  • Develop tailored care plans that address physical, emotional, and social requirements
  • Evaluate and make informed clinical decisions to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with care staff to promote person-centered care
  • Enhance the overall well-being of our residents through proactive interventions

Essential Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Proven experience in aged care, hospital, or mental health settings
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and colleagues
  • Genuine passion for delivering compassionate care to older adults
  • Understanding of ANACC standards, including documentation and funding submissions
