Guest Experience Ambassador

Elevate the guest experience in a luxury hotel environment where you will deliver exceptional front office operations and create unforgettable moments for our valued guests.

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and farewell to guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personalized service to guests throughout their stay.
  • Managing online and phone reservations, verifying and settling guest accounts upon departure.
  • Liaising with other hotel departments to accommodate guest needs and preferences.
  • Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Handling guest enquiries, requests, and comments in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will possess impeccable customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in hotel front office operations is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on customer service with a Luxury Hotel background.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; fluency in English required.
