We own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG), an emerging collection of owned events such as The Peninsula Picnic and the MRC Foundation, our charitable arm. Our customer team has a new opportunity for a Full-time Ticketing Manager, reporting to the Customer Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Membership department to shape the development of our pricing & attendance model for racing ticketing
  • Implement and manage our Ticketing software solution, ensuring seamless integration with our operations and IT teams
  • Develop and review plans, processes, and policies for managing ticket operations, including coordination of ticket releases and execution on race days
  • Work closely with Ticketek to ensure effective barcodes and access systems for entry control
  • Manage ticketing content on our website and third-party channels, ensuring accurate information for customers
  • Develop and implement operational plans for distributing stakeholder ticketing requirements
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, members, and sponsors, to deliver exceptional service and support
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a ticketing-related or management role, preferably in a major event environment
  • Extensive knowledge of ticketing systems, processes, and practical experience in writing ticketing use cases and processes
  • Strong operational experience in ticketing, with the ability to multi-task and work independently under strict deadlines
  • Sound IT skills, particularly understanding ticketing box office and access control requirements
  • Ability to comprehend and influence the development of our Ticketing platform
