Senior Parts Interpreter Role at Talent Focus

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Parts Interpreter to join our team at Talent Focus. As a Senior Parts Interpreter, you will play a critical role in the coordination and supply of quality products to our customer base while also liaising with our service team for in-house quoting and service work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for construction equipment and services, or for a mechanic looking to transition into a role that utilizes their mechanical knowledge.

Job Description

As a Senior Parts Interpreter, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our existing and new customers;
  • Handling all parts sales and enquiries;
  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately with a focus on first-time delivery;
  • Preparing detailed and accurate quotations for parts supply;
  • Promoting and upselling of all products;
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and upselling;

You will work closely with our service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a parts environment;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • An interest in off-highway construction equipment, components, products, and services;
  • A developed mechanical understanding of mechanical equipment;
  • Computer literacy skills;
  • Forklift license (not essential).

In addition, you must have full unrestricted working rights and a valid Australian driver's license.

Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum

This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for this role.
