Account Leadership Role

The role of Account Director is a key position that involves leading campaigns and managing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the senior partner for clients, trusted to solve problems and deliver impact.
  • Lead campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channels.
  • Manage and mentor account service staff, supporting their growth and performance.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding work.
  • Keep projects on track, ensuring quality.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agency.
  • Experience leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong commercial awareness – able to manage budgets and spot opportunities.
  • Confident communicator who can influence and inspire both clients and teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset – solutions-focused and ready to lead.
