
Senior Client Service Professional

As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead key client accounts and drive exceptional delivery across brand, creative, digital, and integrated campaigns. You will be responsible for day-to-day delivery on several accounts, guiding and mentoring up to two account managers.
Your primary goal will be to provide clear leadership, mentoring, and support to your team, helping them achieve their best work. This includes building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities will include translating business problems and objectives into clear and actionable projects for the agency. You will partner with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to turn client problems into impactful ideas and ensure they are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.
Additionally, you will oversee the commercial health of your accounts, from accurate scoping and budgeting to proactive growth opportunities. You will identify chances to strengthen partnerships, grow revenue, and deliver innovative, effective solutions.
Representing the agency in market, whether in pitches, thought leadership, or industry events, is also an essential part of this role.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need solid experience as an account director (or similar senior client service role) in an integrated agency environment or a creative agency. A proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery is essential. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance creative ambition with commercial responsibility are also required.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire, are crucial. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge and guide both clients and internal teams, is necessary. An energetic, proactive, and positive presence in the agency is also vital.
