Customer Service & Administration Assistant Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face and voice of our business. As a Customer Service & Administration Assistant, you will provide hands-on support to our team while interacting with clients on the phone, assisting with bookings, and completing administrative tasks.

About the Job

You will be responsible for answering calls, helping customers, and directing enquiries. You will also support bookings, customer notifications, and general communications. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks such as calendars, supplies, database updates, and signage.

Key Responsibilities

Be the voice of the business: answer calls, help customers, and direct enquiries.

Support bookings, customer notifications, and general communications.

Assist with admin tasks — calendars, supplies, database updates, signage.

Provide support across sites and events — urgent callouts, inspections, projects.

What We're Looking For

Candidate requirements include excellent customer service experience in a similar role. Administration skills are helpful but not essential. We are looking for a confident communicator with a genuine, professional phone manner. Organised, detail-focused, and proactive individuals are encouraged to apply.

We require a driver's licence and transport to be used for work-related purposes.
