About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants. This role offers a unique blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients.

  • Lead and coach a team of Consultants
  • Oversee the team's performance and quality
  • Explore new opportunities and growth areas
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Provide advice and coaching on case management practices, while managing a reduced, specialised case load
  • Identify Return To Work barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs for injured employees
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Current Vehicle and Driver's Licence and ability to travel for work
  • Minimum of two years' relevant experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough assessments
  • Ability to deliver high-level customer service and grow the business through increased referrals
  • Proven organisation and time management skills
