Seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. With over 80 Allied Health practitioners across VIC, you'll have the flexibility to work from one of our offices or from home.

This role requires a Principal Rehabilitation Consultant who can step into a Management position within 6 months. You will be part of a national Workplace Rehabilitation team providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers.

As a key member of our team, you will perform assessments and interventions across various environments. Your expertise will help bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.

This role comes with a daily billable target and a generous bonus structure. You'll also have the opportunity to diversify your case load conducting therapy for NDIS participants.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • 2 years experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant, ideally within Melbourne
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
