Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and make a meaningful impact in people's lives
  • Assist the rehab consulting team with on-site assessments, documenting findings and developing strategies for client recovery
  • Contribute to report writing and other administrative tasks
  • Design, implement, and monitor programs to facilitate employee return to work
  • Liaise with clients, medical practitioners, insurers, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Provide ad-hoc support to a multi-disciplinary team of rehabilitation consultants to assist clients in recovering from injury
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, or Rehabilitation Counselling program with the ability to obtain registration upon graduation (final year applicants preferred)
  • Ability to travel (current vehicle and driver's license required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • Effective time management skills and a keen sense of punctuality
