About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in the Southern Perth region. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your clinical and leadership expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making positive changes to the lives of others by developing and maintaining relationships.
  • Providing direct behavioural interventions in individual and group sessions.
  • Developing Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans.
  • Supporting colleagues, caregivers, and support workers on clinical techniques.
  • Participating in clinical supervision with the Regional Clinical Manager.
  • Collaborating with various professionals to develop and implement individualised participant goals and checklists.
  • Adhering to legislative requirements regarding timely and accurate report writing and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support.
  • An NDIS Practitioner ID, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
  • Strong professional experience in Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical expertise, supervision, and leadership.
  • Ability to prepare and finalise technical reports in a timely manner.
