Job Title: Supply Chain Leader

Drive growth and innovation in our supply chain operations as a seasoned logistics professional.

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Warehouse or Logistics Manager with 5+ years' experience in food manufacturing to lead our day-to-day operational responsibilities, including development and transformation of best-in-class supply chain operations.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and execution of all day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Development and implementation of long-term logistics strategy for future growth.
  • Project management and delivery of logistics transformation initiatives.
  • Strong focus on leadership, team development, efficiency, and costs.
  • Ensuring DIFOT targets and service levels are consistently met.
  • Driving continuous improvement across the network and through suppliers.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Leading a team of 4 direct reports.
  • Optimizing customer service levels, ensuring they are met or exceeded.

Your Background:

  • A strong Warehouse or Logistics Manager with 5+ years' experience in food manufacturing.
  • Genuine interest in developing best practice processes and systems.
  • Natural leadership skills, easily able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engaging nature that ensures genuine collaboration and team spirit.
  • Ability to negotiate positive outcomes with external parties, including union and OHS representatives.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills coupled with ability to influence outcomes.
