As a leader in our supply chain, you'll be responsible for the safety, service, and operational performance of our customer fulfillment centre operations nationwide.

With a strong track record of leadership and a passion for logistics, you'll inspire and develop a team of over 500 members across Australia.

You'll champion key areas including Safety, People, Service, Cost, and Inventory with full P&L responsibility for all CFC operations.

This exciting opportunity allows you to make your mark in our supply chain evolution. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, you'll lead the development of large teams in a fast-paced, complex warehouse network.

You'll require a comprehensive understanding of supply chain and supporting IT systems, including emerging technologies, and experience in Change Management, Project Delivery, Contract and Performance Management, and Commercial Acumen.

  • Supply Chain or Logistics management background with exposure to LEAN methodology
