Rail Infrastructure Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the heritage rail sector.
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Rail Supervisor to lead our track maintenance and construction activities.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of critical infrastructure management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and compliant working methods and practices are implemented for rail track workers.
- Provide direction and leadership to a team of rail track workers through delegation of maintenance tasks and direction of project requirements.
- Oversee all maintenance, upgrades, and renewals as defined by the Infrastructure department.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the importance of maintaining critical infrastructure to strict standards.
- Operational strength with the ability to set an example of positive behavior and safe practices.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
