About the Role

This 12-month fixed term contract is a full-time opportunity to work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.

As a Home & Investment Lending Associate, you'll be responsible for coaching customers through each step of the journey, ensuring their experience with ANZ is seamless, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

You'll identify appropriate products and solutions to meet customer needs and ensure lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.

You'll also be involved in other branch activities to provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating on digital solutions.
