
Senior Payroll Compliance Specialist

As a Senior Payroll Compliance Specialist, you will lead payroll compliance initiatives to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory alignment. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business to ensure accurate payroll outcomes, risk identification, and mitigation.
This role involves developing end-to-end payroll compliance frameworks, ensuring pay roll systems and processes are compliant with Enterprise Agreements and Industrial Awards, and implementing policy, award, and agreement changes in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement payroll compliance frameworks.
- Ensure pay roll systems and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with payroll compliance.
- Payroll operations, Analyst or Compliance background.
- Experience in health is desirable.
- Demonstrated understanding of payroll compliance principles.
