Job Overview:

Seeking a Snow GRC Delivery Expert to lead the implementation of our Enterprise Governance, Risk and Assurance Program.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and developing requirements to deploy across the organisation, collaborating with stakeholders to build strategies and options from limited information, and working with stakeholders to inform, advise and influence with data or other intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop requirements to deploy Snow and SMA solutions across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build out strategies and options from limited information.
  • Work with stakeholders to inform, advise and influence with data or other intelligence.
  • Develop long-term productive working relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM, GRC and platform capabilities.
  • ServiceNow IRM and GRC consultation and hands-on implementation experience.
  • Working knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: operational risk management, enterprise risk management, audit management, corporate compliance and policy management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in 'CIS - Risk and Compliance' would be valuable but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with Jira & Confluence and MS products including Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Self-directed and independent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project delivery experience with large clients.
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies experience.
  • Business analysis plan, business requirements, functional requirements, requirements traceability matrix; Agile ceremonies, disciplines and procedures.
