Job Description

We are seeking experienced consultants to join our team in Sydney. As a senior consultant, you will work closely with our clients to deliver innovative and pragmatic solutions using your cross-industry knowledge and deep functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering transformation programs that improve citizen and employee outcomes
  • Helping clients through the management and assurance of all stages of technology-enabled change
  • Defining and securing business cases and funding for new services or ways of working across government
  • Assessing and modeling the operational impact of new policies
  • Co-designing blueprints and operating models for new or transitioning parts of government
  • Developing service delivery models for government agencies
  • Optimizing front and back-office processes across government
  • Bringing and embedding industry best practice into government
  • Creating commercial strategies and executing complex procurements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for government and improving outcomes for citizens. You should understand how Australian Commonwealth and State Governments operate, as well as government sectors including Central Government, Health, Justice & Social Services, Transport, Education, National Security & Defence, Sustainability and Climate.

Additionally, you should have some demonstrable management consulting experience in several of the following capabilities: Technology enabled Transformation, Digital and Data, Project Delivery, Operational Excellence, Customer Experience, Strategy and Policy.
